Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Wild Enclosures.
Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, quality control, and freshness reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Isopod Food
- Springtail Food
- CrewCrumble™
- Microfauna Booster
- Calcium & Mineral Supplement
- Any other consumable or food-based products
Natural Materials
Many Wild Enclosures products are made from natural materials such as leaf litter, cork bark, moss, wood, and substrate components.
Variations in size, shape, color, texture, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos if applicable

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
