Processing Time

Wild Enclosures orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, international shipping is not available.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, or other available carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

Carrier selection is determined at our discretion to provide reliable delivery.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Wild Enclosures is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at info@wildenclosures.com.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the issue if applicable. We will work with you to make it right.
