Returns
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Springtail Food
• CrewCrumble™
• Microfauna Booster
• Calcium & Mineral Supplement
• Any other food, supplement, or consumable product
These items are considered final sale.
Natural Materials
Wild Enclosures specializes in natural products including leaf litter, cork bark, moss, wood, and habitat materials.
Natural variations in size, shape, color, texture, and appearance are expected and are not considered defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos if applicable
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
